Having been at Turquoise since its inception, Mark combines many years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative research as well as marketing and communications strategy, offering strategic input into all client projects to ensure they meet their full potential. He is a NLP practitioner and is responsible for Turquoise’s proprietary products and methodologies including System DNA.
Lisa has been working in the market research arena for over 20 years. Whilst her background is in biological sciences and healthcare, she has amassed extensive knowledge and experience across a wide variety of sectors and projects in that time. She is the lead research director and has both qualitative and quantitative experience. Lisa is a ‘hands on’ director and will be involved in all aspects of a research project.
Laura has worked for Turquoise since leaving college, first starting out as a data analyst before progressing on to becoming a Senior Researcher and Operations Manager. Laura has extensive experience across a wide range of sectors utilising varied methodologies and techniques. She is highly experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research, and in particular segmentation studies and consumer research.
Sam has a decade of experience in the world of digital marketing, helping companies in the business to business sector to improve their online coverage. His first encounter with the world of research was back in 2001 where he worked as a strategic planner for Bray Leino, using market insight and analysis to develop brand propositions and targeted advertising.
Frank graduated in 2010 with a history degree, and after first working as a graphic designer, joined Turquoise in 2014. Frank combines his passion for analysis with design by ensuring that data is visualised in a way that is both easy to interpret and easy on the eye! He has developed a varied skill set since joining the business and is fluent in a number of quantitative research methodologies.
Katie’s background is in qualitative research. She joined her first qualitative agency Conway Smith Rose in 1990 where she found her ‘tribe’ starting as a graduate trainee and becoming board director in 1996. She has worked for Turquoise since 2002. She has particular expertise in creative development research, brand strategy, positioning and design but she also has a wealth of experience in FMCG, retail and children’s research.
Sophie has been with Turquoise since graduating with a first class honours degree in Mathematics with Finance. She has been using her knowledge of mathematics and particularly statistics to build on and expand our quantitative research offering. Sophie utilises a wide range of statistical techniques and has developed a number of other quantitative approaches to enrich our client offerings.
Nicky has been with Turquoise for 8 years as a client service development executive. A talented artist with an eye for design, she often brings fresh perspective to the work we do. Nicky is responsible for developing new client relationships and in addition, she helps develop our in house research projects, which reflect the trends we identify as being key to industries and businesses in the future.
Sera has recently returned to Turquoise having worked for us previously back in 2005 when her children were at primary school. Sera trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1992 and has worked in practice for various clients over many years. Sera is responsible for all the accounting functions in the business, from budgeting through to preparing final accounts.
