Aviva was in the process of re-developing it’s online services to policy holders, advisers and employees. The new demos explained a range customer journeys that could be taken by key customer and professional groups. Given that the demos were in the concept stage, the focus of the research was about concept testing and development refinement. Turquoise were commissioned to undertake this research providing feedback upon the final IFA life styling concept to be tested.
Objective
To gain reactions of IFAs and customers to the new life-styling website concept.
Approach
In order to answer the objective we took a qualitative approach consisting of 13 depth interviews with NU Corporate, EBC’s and IFAs.
Insight
Overall reactions to the website were overwhelmingly positive amongst customers. It was deemed by all to be a fresh idea, and the style and tone of the site was highly commended by all respondents.
