NCFE is a national awarding organisation with over 500 nationally accredited qualifications in their portfolio. NCFE wanted to establish the motivational profile of their customer base in order to help optimise communication with key groups, using Turquoise’s bespoke System DNA profiling system.
Approach
An online survey was undertaken with 5 key teacher groups selected by NCFE:
- FE Colleges
- Sixth Form Colleges
- Schools
- Private Training Providers
- Prisons
Emails with survey links were sent to current NCFE customers who fell into one of the five groups above. The survey was designed, hosted and scripted by Turquoise. In total 710 customers completed the survey in full.
Insight
The combination of the online methodology, previous qualitative market research with these audiences and the use of the System DNA profiling tool enabled NCFE to further develop and optimise appropriate messaging and content. This resulted in a measurable improvement in communication between NCFE and its customers.
