In August 2015 Turquoise was appointed by CACHE to undertake an annual customer engagement programme. CACHE is a highly regarded awarding organisation with a key strength in the provision of childcare qualifications. They are one of the UK’s leading sector specialists in the care and education industry.
Objective
Turquoise was asked to conduct an in depth audience analysis and engagement study which would also track attitudes and perceptions towards CACHE.
Approach
We adopted an online methodology with a targeted teacher population and the survey was completed by 600 teachers. In addition to the core online approach, 30 telephone depth interviews were used to explore specific areas of interest. This included research into the most suitable styles of communication and the best way to engage with the target audience.
Insight
The insight from the study identified a number of areas where CACHE could enhance its customer engagement. The results are now being used by CACHE to enhance engagement with their key teacher and academia audience and has increased the level of advocates for CACHE by 22%.
